RACHEL SELWAN, OWNER

Rachel Selwan currently serves as the Executive Director for the Community Associations Institute California North Chapter as well as the WESTCON Consultants Association via her single-member association management company New Level Mgmt. LLC founded in 2020.

She has been working in the association industry since college where she served as the Executive Assistant to the Board of Directors for the Associated Students Incorporated at Sacramento State.

Mrs. Selwan is a self-published author with a trilogy on Amazon. The Gate (Book One), The Covenant (Book Two) and The Voice (Book Three) have accompanying audiobooks which she self-produced over two years. Rachel is currently working on a standalone triad novel featuring a female main character and two love interests (FFM) and writes fanfiction for Archive of our Own. She has multiple published articles for her associations.

Prior to her career, Mrs. Selwan served as a volunteer Photographer for Autism Speaks, did two years of Drum Corps with the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets, was the co-captain of the Foothill High School Marching Band drumline and winner of two scholarships for photography and music, respectively.

Mrs. Selwan has served in multiple volunteer leadership positions and won multiple awards, including:

Rachel was the first member of her family to graduate from college, receiving her Bachelor’s in Photography with a minor in Journalism from California State University, Sacramento.

She lives with her golden-retriever-gamer husband Marc, and her autistic son Kayden, in Elk Grove, CA.
